A home visit provides more hands-on support in the comfort of your home. Once you have booked a home visit, I will email you a questionnaire to gather some information that will help get me started. You will then receive a phone call from me a couple of days prior to my visit to discuss some of the changes we will be making and inform you of anything you will be needing to prepare.

 

On the day of the home visit, I will come to your home for 3-4 hours. I will start by asking you more questions and then I will discuss with you in detail the action steps we will be taking to get your little one/ones on a healthy and happy sleep journey. I will go through some of the steps with you and offer hands-on support and guidance. Once you are confident to handle the changes by yourself I will leave you to it.

 

You will have online support from me for a week, at the end of the week we will evaluate the progress over a 20 min phone call and decide together whether you need to extend the online support, book a follow-up phone consult or if you are confident to continue the journey without me.
